Barclays Capital bedömer att Boliden kan komma att behöva göra en emission ifall gruv- och smältbolaget förvärvar Lundin Minings europeiska tillgångar, Zinkgruvan i Askersund, och koppargruvan Neves Corvo i Portugal.

Madonna har blivit stämd av två missnöjda konsertbesökare, skriver Variety. Det handlar om New York-borna Michael Fellows och Jonathan Hadden som anser sig ha blivit utsatta för kontraktsbrott när världsstjärnan uppträdde på Barclay Centre i Brooklyn förra året. Madonna inledde då konserten strax efter klockan 22.30 och inte 20.30 som biljetterna angav. Att Madonna dessutom verkar ha satt i system att kliva på scenen senare än utlovat gör henne dessutom skyldig till "en hänsynslös uppvisning i falsk marknadsföring", enligt de båda männen. I sin stämning klagar de också på att deras hemresa blev dyrare än beräknat eftersom de "konfronterades med begränsad kollektivtrafik" på grund av den sena timmen. Madonna har inte kommenterat ärendet.
