Tidigare Peab-chef döms – fick miljonmuta av underleverantör

Under nästan tre år fick en av Peabs platschefer regelbundet svarta pengar från en underleverantör. Till sist upptäcktes pengaströmmarna av Skatteverket. Nu har den 42-årige mannen dömts till fängelse i drygt ett år för grovt tagande av muta.

Skogsbolaget köpstämplas – här är måndagens aktierekar

Analyshusen har gjort en genomgång av skogssektorn och byggbranschen. Bland annat köpstämplas Stora Enso av storbanken Barclays medan DNB sänker riktkursen för Skanska och Peab. Här är måndagens aktierekar.

Instalco tar order värd 100 miljoner

Sex Instalcobolag har fått uppdrag gällande projektering och installationer vid Göteborgs nya stationshus Göteborg Grand Central. Beställare är Peab och kontraktssumman uppgår till cirka 100 miljoner kronor.

Rapportbingo för byggbjässarna

Det har presenterats oväntat starka siffror av två stora byggkoncerner för årets andra kvartal. Både Peab och NCC överraskar positivt när det gäller orderingången. Stockholmsbörsens svarade med att handla upp aktierna rejält.

Peab redovisar högre orderingång än väntat

Byggbolaget Peabs rörelseresultat blev 619 miljoner kronor i det andra kvartalet 2024. Väntat var ett rörelseresultat på 639 miljoner, enligt en sammanställning av analytikerestimat gjort av Infront. Strax efter att rapporten publicerats var aktien upp drygt 3 procent.

Peab tar order i Göteborg värd 870 miljoner

Peab har fått uppdraget att bygga Göteborgs nya stationshus. Beställare är Jernhusen och kontraktssumman uppgår till 870 miljoner svenska kronor som kommer att orderanmälas i det tredje kvartalet 2024. Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Peab tar stora order i norr: "Händer väldigt mycket"

Samhällsutvecklingen i norr har lett till flera stora order för byggbolaget Peab på senare tid. Miljardprojektet i Bodö i Norge har nu byggstartats. ”Det händer väldigt mycket uppe i norra delarna, både i Sverige och i Norge”, säger Jesper Göransson, vd på Peab.

Varningen i norr: Det kan bli kamp om personal

SKELLEFTEÅ. Att få upp tillräckligt med personal och maskiner. Det är det svåraste hindret mot jätteprojekten i norr, menar Peabs vd. ”Förstahandsvalet kan inte vara att knycka anställda från grannen”, säger Jesper Göransson.

SKELLEFTEÅ. Familjen Paulssons byggjätte Peab riktar blickarna norrut. Vd Jesper Göransson är ute efter jättekontrakten kring de stora industriprojekten. Projekt värda hundratals miljarder står på spel. ”Projekten i Norrland tenderar att vara miljarduppdrag”, säger han.
