Fallons agerande på produktionen uppges ha lett till att anställda fått problem med psykisk ohälsa och att många slutat.

Kritik riktas mot arbetsmiljön på ”The tonight show”, en amerikansk tv-produktion under ledning av programledaren Jimmy Fallon. Tidningen Rolling Stone har talat med tidigare och nuvarande anställda som vittnar om ”oberäkneligt” beteende från Fallons sida och känslor av ”konstant rädsla”. Det har genom åren gått rykten om att Fallon ska ha haft alkoholproblem och i artikeln säger anställda att de vid flera tillfällen märkt att han luktat sprit. De menar också att hans beteende tycks styras av om han är bakfull eller inte. Medarbetarna berättar också att gästers omklädningsrum internt kallats för ”gråtrum” eftersom det är dit de anställda går när de inte orkar mer.
