Tyska Symrise har fortsatt att köpa aktier i djurhälsobolaget Swedencare, som Symrise tidigare la ett budpliktsbud på.
Efter gårdagens nationaldagsfirande har Stockholmsbörsen inlett onsdagens handel avvaktande. Efter ett par minuter handel ser det ut som följer:

I New York var rörelserna små på tisdagen. Under morgonen är det blandat i Asien efter att exporten i Kina fallit mer än väntat och ökat frågetecknen kring landets återhämtning. Mitt under nationaldagsfirandet meddelade Sobi att Symrise tankat aktier som tagit bolaget över budpliktsgränsen 30 procent. Priset har satts till 37,50 kronor, drygt 10 procent under senaste kurs. Morgan Stanley tycker samtidigt att Sobi är köpvärd och höjer till övervikt. Aktien stiger 4 procent. Oscar Properties rusar 40 procent efter besked att vd Oscar Engelbert avgår. På rekommendationsfronten har HSBC höjt sin rekommendation för Assa Abloy till köp. Låsbolaget lyfter 5 procent. New York-börserna i går S&P 500: +0,2% Nasdaq: +0,4% Dow Jones: ++/-0,0%
Djurhälsobolaget Swedencares storägare Symrise lämnar ett budpliktsbud på 37,50 kronor per aktie. Det är 11 procent under måndagens stängningskurs.
På torsdagseftermiddagen meddelade Swedencares storägare Symrise att de kommer lägga ett budpliktsbud på husdjursbolaget. Men om man ska lära sig något av historien så är risken stor att det inte blir någon klang och jubelfest för aktieägarna.
