Porseryd: Tucker agerade som Putins knähund – ställde helt oviktiga frågor
Sent i går kväll släpptes den omtalade intervjun där före detta Fox-ankaret Tucker Carlson, som första västerländske journalist på länge, intervjuade Rysslands president Vladimir Putin. Men var det verkligen en intervju? Eller fritt spelrum för rysk propaganda? TV4:s utrikeskommentator Rolf Porseryd la fram sin analys i Nyhetsmorgon. – Det var ingen journalist på plats, det var en knähund, skulle man kunna säga. Egentligen ställde han helt oviktiga frågor kring Putin. Ingenting om terrorbombningarna, att han är efterlyst vid internationella domstolen i Haag. Porseryd menar att allt under intervjun var gammal skåpmat och att Putin fick säga allt oemotsagt utan kritiska motfrågor. – Tucker Carlsson är en ikon och beundrad av miljontals högerväljare. – Han är den stora vinnaren i det här. Putin också i någon mån och kanske Trump som får vatten på sin kvarn som sagt ”jag ska avsluta kriget det första jag gör om jag vinner presidentvalet”. ”Skyller alltid ifrån sig” I intervjun säger Putin att kriget skulle vara över på några veckor om väst slutar skicka vapen till Ukraina. ”Sedan kan vi komma överens om villkoren”. – Putin skyller alltid ifrån sig. Det är Nato, det är USA. ”Vi ska försvara vår angelägenheter och vår del av världen”. – Det finns en självsäkerhet hos president Putin. Han säger att det är omöjligt för Ryssland att förlora kriget. Han tror att de flesta som ser intervjun inte kommer ta den på allvar men menar ändå att en tillräckligt stor grupp kan tycka om Putin efter det här. – Det finns ju allt fler republikaner uppenbarligen som tycker han är en bra person, inte bara Donald Trump.
