Partiskatten inom V väcker känslor – nu ska den utredas

Vänsterpartiet är ensamt bland riksdagspartierna att ha en obligatorisk partiskatt för arvoderade förtroendevalda. Partiets riksdagsledamöter, kommunalråd, EU-parlamentariker och andra får behålla ungefär 45 000 i månadslön, brutto – resten betalas in till partiet. Motiveringen är att V:s ledamöter ska leva som vanligt folk och inte vara i politiken för att berika sig. Dessutom ger det inkomster till partikassan. – Gud välsigne partiskatten, säger Zofia Laine från Stockholm på V:s kongress i Jönköping. Hon hör till lägret som inte vill sänka skatten och pekar på att de 34–35 000 som förtroendevalda får ut ändå ligger över medianlönen i Sverige. Gå ned i lön Andra ser en risk att det kan bli svårt att få människor att ställa upp för V om de tvingas gå ned i lön på grund av partiskatten. Partistyrelsen vill att partiskatten utreds och fick också stöd för det av kongressen. Skatten måste ligga på en legitim nivå, anser partistyrelsen, och inte göra det till en ekonomisk uppoffring att vara förtroendevald. En ändring av skatten kommer ske först nästa mandatperiod. Fler än tio motioner hade kommit in till kongressen, och de spretade rejält. En del ville sänka, andra avskaffa skatten helt och vissa ville skärpa kraven, så att det inte ska vara möjligt att få uppdrag inom V om inte skatten betalas. Konsekvenser För trots att skatten är obligatorisk, så finns ett fåtal som inte betalar fullt ut. Riksdagsledamoten Lorena Delgado Varas petades ur partistyrelsen med motiveringen att hon inte har betalat partiskatten under årets första månader. Kongressen gick dock emot valberedningen och hon valdes in i partistyrelsen, trots obetald partiskatt.

Ullmark tog 31 av 32 skott och höll nollan ända till början av tredje perioden då han tvingades plocka ut pucken ur kassen efter att först ha räddat och en retur studsat fram till Mason McTavish. Boston är obesegrat hittills i säsongsinledningen och har fem raka segrar. Ullmark gick miste om en första chans att möta Anaheims omskrivne svenske nykomling, 18-årige anfallaren Leo Carlsson. Carlsson har redan gjort ett mål och spelat två matcher men fanns inte med i det lag som ställdes på isen i Anaheims arena. I mötet mellan Detroit och Calgary blev det fyramålsseger för Detroit med 6--2 och i Detroit noterades tidigare Frölundaforwarden Lucas Raymond för tre assists. Calgary saknade sin svenske, avstängde back Rasmus Andersson. Han var avstängd i nattens match, den första av fyra, efter en våldsam armbågstackling mot Columbus finländare Patrik Laine i slutsekunderna häromkvällen. NHL:s spelarförening har dock nu gjort klart att den på Anderssons vägnar har lämnat in en överklagan av straffet. Straffet som ligans ledning dömt ut innebär att han stängs av i fyra matcher och måste böta 95 000 dollar, över en miljon svenska kronor till en spelarfond.
